Can I upgrade my wife's beloved 2nd gen [ATI graphics/USB 1.1] 1.0 GHz eMac by substituting a 3rd/4th gen [1.25 MHz/1.42 MHz/USB 2.0] motherboard? Are the later boards physically/mechanically and electrically the same as the 2nd gen board?

[Obviously, the real improvement will derive from the [not Apple supported] ability to double the memory from 1 GB to 2 GB.]

Thanks.
